The people behind the platform

A security programme outlives the person who bought it. Here is what stands behind ours.

Delivered

What we have delivered

6,000badges swapped

A European financial institution

6,000 badges swapped at the machine in a few weeks.

The old badge collected, the new one printed, personalised and encoded to MIFARE DESFire EV3, without anybody at a desk.

4,000badges re-coded

A European institution

4,000 badges printed and coded to a new DESFire key while the site moved from one system to another.

Handheld scanners stayed in sync, and a badge could be checked anywhere during the change.

1,000+contractors a month

A chemical plant

More than 1,000 contractors a month.

Identity read, the site's own policy checked, badge issued, all of it at the terminal on arrival.

Named references are shared under a non-disclosure agreement.

European by construction

Who you are contracting with

Access data is personal data about your workforce. Where it sits matters. Who you sign with matters just as much.

A Belgian company

No parent or shareholder outside the EU.

A Belgian contract

Your contract is with a Belgian entity, governed by Belgian law. You will meet the people behind it, and they answer for what is delivered.

Built in Europe

Developed in-house by our own team, with nobody else deciding what goes into the roadmap.

Support where you are

European Union business hours in your own languages, from people under the same contract law as you. It can be extended to 24 hours a day.

We hold very little of your data

People data is read at source, never copied into a second workforce database. We hold name and first name, unique identifiers, identity attributes, eligibility state, credential data, email address and mobile number, and nothing wider.

European Union hosting

Hosted in European Union data centres. No parent or shareholder outside the EU; your contract is with a Belgian entity, governed by Belgian law.

Why us

What that looks like in practice

10 years in production

The platform has run in live environments for 10 years. We are not learning your industry on your budget.

ISO 27001 certification in progress

Certification is under way and the certificate has not been issued yet. We tell you that now, instead of ticking a box in a questionnaire.

Belgian contract, European Union data centres

Your contract is with a Belgian entity, governed by Belgian law, and the service is hosted in European Union data centres.

References under a confidentiality agreement

Named references are shared under a non-disclosure agreement, before you sign.

Continuity written into the contract

Source code escrow, a documented exit plan, and your data exportable in a usable form. Ask us for it in writing.

The people you meet deliver it

Your implementation consultant, pre-sales engineer and local partner are named before you order.

In closing

If showing who can open which door across every site takes longer than a meeting, that is the project.

The first step

Start with 1 site and 1 population.

You judge something that runs on your own site. Your access systems and readers stay where they are. If it earns its place, we extend it site by site.
