No certificate, no badge-in

Compliance stops being a filing exercise and becomes a condition of entry. The population you control least is the population you must control best.

Contractor Management

Contractor access management and compliance verification

Certificates, inductions, permits and insurance normally sit in inboxes and spreadsheets, verified at the gate by a person under time pressure. That is the wrong place and the wrong moment for the check.

What it does

In practice

The contractor firm does the work

Their coordinator uploads people, certificates and insurance through their own portal login. Your team stops chasing paperwork, weeks before the work starts.

Checked before arrival

Missing or expired documents block the access before someone is standing at the gate, or before they have travelled at all.

Expiry is watched for you

A certificate that lapses on Friday closes the access on Friday, without anyone noticing it first.

Access held against the company

The company as well as the person. When a framework contract ends, 1 decision closes every person under it, across every site and every access system at once.

Scoped to the work

The unit, the shift, the store on their route, the berth and the hours of the call. Never the whole site by default.

Reportable by supplier

Which of your suppliers can physically reach which assets, and when that was last reviewed. You filter the list instead of starting an investigation.

Contractors

A contractor checks in for the job

Access comes from the job order: the right areas, the right hours, and it ends when the job does.

  1. The contractor holds the work order code from their employer to the reader.
  2. They confirm the job: employer, job order, areas and hours.
  3. The terminal checks identity, the work order, the safety certificate, the site induction and insurance. The documents stay with the employer.
  4. Access is set from the job order: only the listed areas, only the shift hours, ending when the job does.
  5. The site badge is ready. 1 badge-in covers presence, evacuation and hours.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do contractors get onboarded?

The contracting company gets its own portal login and loads its people, their certificates and its insurance itself. Everything is verified before they travel, instead of at your gate. A missing document is a problem the contractor can still fix.

What happens when a safety certificate expires?

The access closes on the day the certificate lapses. Expiry is monitored against the record. Nobody has to notice it first.

Can we revoke a whole contracting company at once?

Yes. Access is held against the company and its contract, as well as the individual. Ending the contract closes one record and stops access everywhere that company held it.

The first step

Start with 1 site and 1 population.

You judge something that runs on your own site. Your access systems and readers stay where they are. If it earns its place, we extend it site by site.
