Who is responsible
Axxession SA/NV, Excelsiorlaan 55, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium (VAT BE0478.086.571) is the controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@axxession.com.
What we collect, and why
Email. The contact form on this website sends nothing itself. It prepares an email in your own email application. When you send it, we receive what that email contains. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue that commercial conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products.
Governance scorecard. Everything happens in your browser: your answers, your score and your report. We do not receive them, and we keep no record of them.
Job applications. When you send an open application by email, we receive your CV and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to consider your application. If there is no fit at that moment, we ask your permission before keeping it for future roles, and otherwise delete it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information, IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent. For security, abuse prevention and service reliability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Nothing else. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising or analytics trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The governance scorecard
The scorecard on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your score are never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and are not stored beyond the page you are on.
Who else sees it
Enquiry data is handled by our own staff and by the email and hosting providers we use to operate the site and receive messages. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We name the hosting region openly, and you never have to look for it.
Where it is processed
The website and the enquiry pipeline are operated on infrastructure located in the European Union. Where any transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, it is carried out under an appropriate transfer mechanism, and we will tell you which one.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the commercial conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Technical logs are retained for a short operational period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to info@axxession.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, tell you directly.
